Bone-jarring pavement is no longer a problem with the Bontrager Pro IsoCore VR-CF drop bar. In addition to the firm yet lightweight carbon layup, technology also increases ride comfort by absorbing 20% more vibration compared to other carbon road handlebars.

In addition, the handlebar shape (VR-CF) allows for additional ergonomic grip positions. Clean internal cable routing is provided by Di2-compatible connectors, which also allow the Shimano EW-RS910 Junction Box (sold separately) to be mounted in the bar end.

OCLV Carbon is Trek’s patented process in carbon fiber processing and the result of more than 25 years of bike and component design experience.

The right combination of heat and pressure is the most important step during the manufacturing process (Optimum Compaction). In addition, reducing the voids between the individual carbon fiber layers to a minimum has a positive effect on the strength and robustness of the composite (Low Void).
