FOX Float X / DPX2 Air Volume Tuning Kit

Air Volume Tuning Kit with spacers of different size for an individual air spring curve adjustment of 2018s Float DPX2 and Float X rear shocks from 2016 on. For 1/2″ shafts.

The set contains 5 spacers with the following volumes:
0.2 inch³, 0.4 inch³, 0.6 inch³, 0.86 inch³ and 1.02 inch³.

Changing volume spacers in the shock is an internal adjustment that allows you to change the amount of mid stroke and bottom out resistance:

• If you have set your sag correctly and are using full travel (bottoming out) too easily, then you could install a larger spacer to increase bottom out resistance.
• If you have set your sag correctly and are not using full travel, then you could install a smaller spacer to decrease bottom out resistance.

Note: The video shows the installation of a different kind of spacer at a Float CTD BV rear shock, but the procedure is at all Float-based shocks the same.
