The oval Hope spiderless chainring is specially developed for the Hope crankset. Direct mount chainrings allow for a clean and flawless single speed or 1×9/10/11 drivetrain setup. These chainrings save more than 150 g over the regular spider and chainring combo. Reliable, extremely light, stiff and clean looking on the bike. Fear no more about loose chainring bolts or compatibility issues – go spiderless! Suited for standard chainline.

Ovality: The non-circular chainrings are intended to compensate the pulsating performance of the pedal movement in order to achieve a more smooth pedal stroke. For this, the Hope Oval Retainer Ring is equipped with an ovalization of 12 % at 113 degree clocking.

Narrow-Wide: Can be used with singlespeed, 1×9, 1×10 and 1×11 as it fits all chains. Tooth shape optimized for quiet work. The narrow-wide tooth profile virtually eliminates the risk of a dropped chain. No chainguide needed.
