NS Bikes District Cromo 22.2 Dirt / BMX Handlebar – 780mm – Black

780 mm wide handlebar made of cromoly steel with 87 mm rise for Street, Park and Dirt action. 22.2 mm clamp diameter, including a pair of shims for adapting to 25.4 mm clamping, too.

For the fabrication of the District handlebar, NS Bikes uses the best Japanese cromoly steel available. Next, the bars go through a complex process of multiple butting and shaping. For this step, NS Bikes uses their own, specifically developed tools to get the District’s unique design. Note that all the bends have a large radius to minimize material deformation and get that special relaxed look.

After completing the shaping processes, each handlebar is put through a carefully controlled heat treatment and finally receives a high-end powder coat finish with decals under a clear coat of paint.
