The Praxis Works Girder HD has crank arms made from super light and strong carbon and an axle made from alloy aluminium. This extra strong, heavy-duty version is for those who like to ride in rough terrain and tend to touch the ground a lot. The Praxis Works-designed crank features a Sram 3-bolt direct mount design for compatibility with a wide range of chainrings. So everyone can configure the right chainline for their bike. They also have an integrated release mechanism for quick and easy removal and installation.

The Girder Gen2 M30 crank requires a Praxis Works M30 BB | 30mm Drive Bearing / 28mm NonDrive Bearing bottom bracket because the axle profile of the bottom bracket tapers from 30mm to 28mm. Matching M30 bottom bracket from Praxis Works allow the use of the crank in almost any frame.
