It is complemented by the components of the M5100 and M4100 series which will equip 11- and 10-speed drivetrains at the same high level.

Regarding the price, the current Shimano Deore groups are positioned in the entry-level range, but are not prepared to compromise in terms of performance, quality and reliability. Almost everything that the high end groups XTR, XT and SLX have to offer in terms of technology, innovation, performance and range of functions, you will find in the Deore components, too.

The Shimano Deore CS-M5100 cassette guarantees smooth and precise shifting performance. It is perfect for MTB drivetrains with single or double chainrings and offers Rider Tuned gear steps for maximum cadence control across the varied terrain of mountain biking.

The 11-speed cassette features the proven technology and is available in 2 versions: with a ratio of 11-42 teeth the CS-M5100 features close gear steps for quick shifting while the 11-51 teeth cassette covers a wide range offering the right gear for every situation.
