Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

4.2 Payment Methods

4.3 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors that may occur and to change prices without notice.

4.4 International Orders

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

5.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

5.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items are in new, unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Chains (once removed from packaging)
• Handlebar Tape (unwound products)
• Cassettes (installed or used items)
• Bottom Brackets (installed components)

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Receive return authorization and RMA number
3. Repack items securely in original packaging
4. Ship to our Fayetteville facility (return shipping at your expense)

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Bank processing may take additional time.

6.5 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to the same conditions as returns.

6.6 Damaged or Defective Items
